Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ludorium. As we specialize in digital goods, we’ve established a clear and fair refund policy to set expectations and maintain transparency.

3.1 No Refund on Delivered Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once a product has been delivered or a key has been revealed. This includes:

  • Instant download games
  • Game keys
  • Pre-orders after release

3.2 Exceptions to No Refund Policy

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The download or activation fails due to an error on our end
  • The game is permanently unavailable or not functional due to provider issues
  • Duplicate purchases made within 24 hours of each other

You must contact support within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof (screenshots, order number).

3.3 What Is Not Eligible

The following reasons are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Technical incompatibility with your system
  • Third-party platform (Steam, Origin, Epic) refusal to activate the key
  • Failure to use a coupon or discount at time of purchase
  • Not liking the game or its content

3.4 How to Request a Refund

To file a refund request, send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and email used for the order
  • Order ID and transaction receipt
  • Description of the issue

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our platform and revocation of purchased licenses.
